ArtzFolio ∞ Infinity is operated by Vishnu Image Folio Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), F-410, Sector 63, Noida – 201301, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through infinity.artzfolio.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, request a private viewing, or commission a masterwork, we collect the details you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any notes about the artwork, size, frame or finish you are interested in. If you proceed to a commission, our payment partner Razorpay collects and processes your payment details directly; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank account numbers on our own servers.

We also automatically collect standard technical data when you browse the site — pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and referring pages — through Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta Pixel, described further in Section 3.

2. Why we collect it

We use your data to:

• Respond to enquiries and prepare a private commission proposal;
• Process payments, produce your masterwork, and arrange white-glove delivery;
• Issue and register your Certificate of Authenticity and Heirloom number;
• Send order updates, delivery confirmations and, where you have not opted out, occasional updates about new collections or masters;
• Understand how visitors use the site, so we can keep it fast, relevant and easy to browse;
• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations under Indian law.

3. Cookies & analytics

The site uses Google Analytics (GA4, property G-Y542C60H2Y) and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These services may set cookies or use similar technologies on your device. You can decline non-essential cookies using the consent banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or submit an enquiry.

4. Who we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with the partners who help us run the atelier and deliver your commission: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (secure database hosting), Resend (transactional email), our logistics/delivery partners for white-glove shipping, and Cloudflare (site hosting and security). We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and order data for as long as needed to fulfil your commission, honour your Certificate of Authenticity and Heirloom registration, and meet our statutory record-keeping obligations (including under Indian tax law), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing communications, at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to our Grievance Officer at privacy@artzfolio.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian data protection law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled databases, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Razorpay — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or the law change. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
