Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of infinity.artzfolio.com and any commission placed through it. The site is operated by Vishnu Image Folio Pvt. Ltd. (“ArtzFolio Infinity”, “we”, “us”), F-410, Sector 63, Noida – 201301, India. By browsing the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

ArtzFolio ∞ Infinity produces museum-grade reproductions of historic paintings — not 1-of-1 original artworks, and not prints. Each piece is created in our atelier on archival materials and finished by hand, in strictly limited numbered editions, and is sold and represented at all times as a reproduction. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that any piece is an original work by the artist depicted.

2. How a commission works

The site is enquiry-first: there is no public shopping cart or instant checkout. When you request a private viewing or ask to commission a piece, a curator will confirm the work, size, frame and finish with you and share a final price (from ₹50,000). A commission is confirmed once you have paid a 50% advance; the remaining balance is due on completion, before dispatch. Production typically takes 30–45 days from confirmation, after which your piece is delivered with white-glove care.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are specific to the commission agreed with your curator; published starting prices are indicative and may vary with size, frame, finish and complexity.

5. The Certificate of Authenticity

Every delivered piece carries a unique Heirloom number and a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with a private verification code, checkable at infinity.artzfolio.com/verify. The COA certifies the piece as a genuine ArtzFolio Infinity reproduction and records its edition number — it does not, and is not intended to, certify authenticity of an original artwork by the historical artist.

6. In-copyright works

Some modern masters featured on the site remain in copyright. Those works are shown by description only (never as a public reproduction image) and are available strictly “by request, licensed” — we will only produce such a piece once the appropriate licence or estate permission is in place.

7. Intellectual property

The ArtzFolio ∞ Infinity name, logo, site design and written content are the property of Vishnu Image Folio Pvt. Ltd. Reference images of public-domain paintings are drawn from open-access museum collections; they remain the underlying artists’ historic works and are used here only to describe the reproduction on offer.

8. Limitation of liability

We take great care in producing every piece, but to the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim arising from a commission is limited to the amount paid for that commission. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
