Shipping & Refund Policy

Every ArtzFolio ∞ Infinity piece is made to order, by hand, specifically for you — it is not held as ready-made stock. That is what makes it an heirloom, and it is also why our cancellation terms differ from an off-the-shelf purchase.

1. Production timeline

Production begins once your 50% advance is received and typically takes 30–45 days, depending on size, finish and the atelier tier you have chosen (Archival, Atelier, or The Master’s Hand). Your curator will confirm an expected completion date when your commission is confirmed.

2. Cancelling a commission

  • Within 3 days of paying your advance, and before production has started: full refund of the advance, minus any payment-gateway charges already incurred.
  • After production has started: the 50% advance becomes non-refundable, as it covers archival materials and atelier time already committed to your piece. You may still cancel, but the advance will not be returned.
  • The balance payment is only ever collected on completion, before dispatch — you will always see and approve the finished piece (via photographs/video from the atelier) before the balance is due.

This policy applies to standard commissions. Bespoke or unusually large/complex commissions may carry different terms, which your curator will confirm in writing before you pay the advance.

3. Delivery

Completed pieces are delivered by white-glove courier across India — carefully packed, insured in transit, and in most cases requiring a signature on arrival. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and will be confirmed by your curator once your piece is ready to ship.

4. Damage in transit

Please inspect your piece at the time of delivery. If it has been damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours at order@artzfolio.com with photographs of the packaging and the piece. As every piece is insured in transit, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Once delivered

Because each piece is custom made for you, we are not able to accept returns simply on a change of mind once it has been delivered in good condition. If something about your piece does not match what was agreed with your curator, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
