The White-Glove Process

Your piece is created on museum-grade archival materials, in the tier you have chosen: the Archival Edition (a high-fidelity pigment reproduction on hand-primed artist’s canvas, hand-finished and varnished), the Atelier Edition (where our master artists work brushwork, texture and glaze directly onto that archival base), or The Master’s Hand (reworked layer upon layer by our senior atelier, our most involved commission).

Production typically takes 30–45 days, depending on the size, finish and tier you’ve chosen. Nothing is held as ready-made stock — your piece exists because you commissioned it, which is also why it carries your Heirloom № and not a generic SKU.

Before the balance payment is ever collected, your curator shares photographs (and, where useful, video) of your completed piece from the atelier. You see it and approve it first — the balance is only collected on completion, before dispatch, never before.

Once approved and the balance is settled, your piece is carefully packed for transit and insured for its full commissioned value, then handed to our logistics and delivery partners for dispatch across India. "White-glove" here means exactly what it should: your piece is treated as the one-of-a-kind, hand-finished, insured object it is at every stage between our atelier and your wall — not as a parcel.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and are confirmed by your curator once your piece is ready to ship. In most cases, delivery requires a signature on arrival — please inspect your piece at the time of delivery, while the courier is still present, before signing it off.

If your piece has been damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours at infinity@ArtzFolio.com with photographs of both the packaging and the piece. Because every piece is insured in transit, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you. Once a piece has been delivered in good condition, we are not able to accept returns for a simple change of mind, since it was made specifically for you — but if anything doesn’t match what was agreed with your curator, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Your Certificate of Authenticity carries your Heirloom №, the masterwork and master it recreates, and its issue date — plus a QR code that opens our public verification registry at any time, for you or for anyone you show the piece to. Scanning it, or entering the code by hand, confirms the piece against the same registry our own curators use internally.

This certificate is never a claim that your piece is the original historical painting — it is disclosed, on the certificate itself, as a museum-grade recreation, hand-finished and numbered as one of a strictly limited edition of twenty-five.
